Keith has always had an interest in sport and fitness but it was not until working with a personal trainer himself that he decided to make it his career. Since then he has studied and trained with the best coaches and trainers possible to ensure that his skills and expertise are always up to date so that he is able provide the best possible service to all of his clients. Keith’s holistic approach ensures clients address all aspects of their lifestyle in order to reach their goals. He educates people on exercise, nutrition, health issues and lifestyle changes. His caring, yet firm attitude makes him a sought after professional in his field. He believes that it is important that a person understands what they want to achieve and why, and that they pursue the look that they want and not what everyone else thinks they should have!
