Kettlebells are an excellent training tool providing a workout combining speed, strength, power, flexibility and a great deal of cardio into a single session. However, just like any form of exercise, if not used in the correct way there is a risk of injury.
The Kettlebell Training Day will take you teach you everything you need to know to safely use and understand the Kettlebell ,ensuring you not only achieve the results you want but do so safely.
You will learn:
• How and why a Kettlebell is so effective for fitness and weight loss
• How to warm up, mobilize, and cool down correctly.
• The 6 main Kettlebell exercises
• The two handed swing
• The one handed swing
• The Clean
• The squat
• The single leg deadlift
• The Snatch
• How to put these exercises together into a safe yet demanding routine.
The day will last approximately 3 hours. This workshop assumes that you have your own kettlebell to train with. If you do not then please look our other options which include the supply of a suitable weight kettlebell.
